An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
To expedite the process, we encourage you to record an unboxing video. This will help us verify the claim more quickly and efficiently. If the item meets our return criteria, the agent will collect it on the spot.
Items must be returned within ten (10) days of the delivery date. All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached.
To initiate a return, please visit our website or use our mobile app to submit a return request. Once your request is filed, a delivery agent will be dispatched to your address to inspect the item. If the item meets our return criteria, the agent will collect it on the spot. Your refund or replacement will be processed within three (3) working days of receiving the item at our facility. For replacements, a new order will be placed after the agent collects the returned item.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) working days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return or exchange. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
Cancellations can be made before the order is dispatched. Please note that cancellations for on-demand orders must be done before the 1st or 15th day of the month, and prior to dispatch. Refunds for cancellations will take up to three (3) working days to process once the cancellation is confirmed.
